Who would imagine that the K V Vijayendra Prasad the writer of the epic sagas Bahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan has a naughty mischievous tongue-in-cheek side to him. News is that Vijayendra Prasad is all set to direct a Hindi film scripted by him which goes into the prickly genre of the sex comedy.
Apparently Prasad has written a story about a young college girl who is eager to lose her virginity.
When contacted the writer laughed, “Yes, it does seem unlikely for me to step into that territory. But I like to surprise everyone, most of all myself. Yes, I am doing a college campus comedy in Hindi. It has to be made with newcomers. It won’t work with established stars.”
Any recent Hindi films whose writing has impressed Vijayendra Prasad?
“Oh, there are many. I am jealous of the writing in PK and Tanu Weds Manu Returns,” shoots Vijayendra Prasad.
Prasad made a belated entry into Bollywood only because nothing substantial was offered to him by Bollywood before Bajrangi Bhaijaan which is inspired by the idea of amity across the idea.
