Riteish Deshmukh loves photography and the talented actor has a penchant for clicking pictures.
Interestingly, while shooting for his upcoming movie BANJO, the actor met a professional photographer called Vijay, who was called on the sets of the musical drama to capture stills. Riteish decided to learn photography.
A source says, “During breaks, Riteish used to spend time with the professional photographer as he is very passionate about photography and wanted to learn about the same.”
“Riteish is an avid photographer and has a good knowledge of lighting. He was spotted interacting with the photographer learning more about photography as he likes to keep himself updated about the latest technology related to camera and lens,” the source adds.
Riteish confirms, “I have been fascinated with photography ever since I was in college. I enjoy clicking pictures of structures and spaces. But I realized that it was important to understand the technicalities and nuances to better this skill. While shooting for BANJO, I sought Vijay’s help. He guided me throughout the shoot, and helped me understand photography better.”
“BANJO has been shot at real locations and one such location was the Kohliwada (Fisherman’s village) where we were shooting for a month. The place served as the perfect landscape and couldn’t have been a better time to sharpen my skills. The crew and Nargis were extremely supportive and even modelled for me on a couple of occasions,” he adds.
So after making clay model of Ganpati, Riteish explored another art – that of photography, thanks to BANJO.
