From a no-one to a Bollywood celebrity, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who once featured in films as an extra, is today one of the renowned actors. From grey roles to biopics, the actor has portrayed versatility and his memoir that compiles his journey as a farmer as well as an actor will be penned by Rituparna Chatterjee.
However, Nawazuddin Siddiqui revealed that he was initially skeptical about the memoir because he did not find anything worth documenting. But, now he is convinced that he wants to be completely honest with it and wants to add every experience, from being a farmer in Budhana to a Bollywood actor. He also added that he will be talking about his personal life, his wife; his children though he is unaware of how much of it will be a part of the book. From his days at National School of Drama in Delhi to how he bagged the critically acclaimed film Gangs of Wasseypur, the memoir will have excerpts from different phases of his life.
The said memoir will be launched at a Jaipur festival, early next year.
