Ram Gopal Varma has left Hyderabad which was his home for the last four years. He has now returned to Mumbai, “for good”, say sources. In fact Ramu has built a brand new state-of-the-art office for himself in one of Mumbai’s most centrally located business areas. The office boasts of some of the most advanced interior equipment and reportedly cost Rs 15 crores to decorate.
Ram Gopal Varma has named his new office ‘Company’. He earlier owned an office named ‘Factory.’ Ramu returns to Mumbai after completing 6 Telugu films since 2013.
Says a source close to the director, “Ramu kept away from Mumbai to avoid all the flak he was getting for making repetitive films. He spent 4 years re-charging his batteries in Hyderabad. Now he is back in Mumbai. He has already completed the entire shooting of a Hindi film Veerappan starring Lisa Ray. He plans to make a sequel to Company.
