Salman Khan, who starred as a wrestler in YRF’s Sultan, continues to spread his Eid magic as the film is breaking box-office records. It doesn’t stop there. Salman Khan is now all set for yet another acting stint in Marathi cinema with Riteish Deshmukh’s Shivaji.
Salman Khan confirmed it yesterday at the press meet of Sultan’s success about him being a part of the upcoming film with Riteish Deshmukh and is very excited to explore the world of regional cinema. Speaking about the same, Salman said, “Yes, I’m doing a Marathi film, Shivaji. I have five-six days of work. Riteish is producing the film. I have a good role.” This won’t be the first time where Salman Khan is seen in a Marathi movie. He has already done a cameo in Riteish Deshmukh’s 2014 Marathi film, Lai Bhaari.
Directed by Ravi Jadhav, Shivaji will see Riteish Deshmukh as the Indian warrior. Though Salman Khan’s role has been kept a secret, fans will be excited to see him in a new avatar.
